The farmstead is located near Lake Luodis (in the town of Salakas), in a pine forest within the Gražutė Regional Park. The fully equipped farmstead consists of: a main house with a conference room (24 beds), a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 restrooms, 2 showers, and 3 bedrooms (13 beds), two semi-detached cottages (4 beds each) with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a restroom, a shower, a bedroom, and a living room, as well as a sauna by the lake and a hot tub. The estate features plenty of spacious outdoor terraces, stone fire pits, a smokehouse (for fish or meat), and plastic rowboats. Nearby lies Lake Luodis, the fifth-largest lake in Lithuania, with two large islands. A long pier extends from the sauna into the lake. Nearby is the charming town of Salakas, an old Jewish cemetery, the impressive Salakas Church (1911) built of hewn stone, and a bike path. Surrounded by wilderness and no neighbors (except for beavers, elk, swans, cranes, and others). Relax in the great outdoors!
