The farmstead is situated right on the shore of Lake Avilis, so visitors are guaranteed not only a stunning landscape but also the opportunity to enjoy water activities and tranquility. Ideal for Various Leisure Activities and Celebrations The farmstead grounds feature a sauna and a hot tub, with a gazebo nearby—perfect for evening gatherings or cozy get-togethers. For those who enjoy active recreation, there is a sports field where you can play basketball, soccer, and tennis, and nearby is a beach volleyball court. The large outdoor gazebo is a great spot for parties or larger events. A Variety of Houses for Different Needs The farmstead offers three houses, suitable for both larger and smaller groups: Klėtis – a spacious house with a large living room, a fireplace, an outdoor terrace, a barbecue area, a kitchen, a bathroom, and five bedrooms. Smaller House – a cozy home with a living room, fireplace, terrace, barbecue area, kitchen, bathroom, and three bedrooms. Fisherman’s Cottage – a small but comfortable cottage with a kitchen, dining table, outdoor gazebo, barbecue area, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Additional Services Meals can be ordered at the farmstead, so guests won’t have to worry about cooking.
