The farmstead is situated on the peninsula of Lake Sartai, where this state-managed lake, stocked with fish, is a true paradise for anglers. The spacious 2.5-hectare property offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy nature, while its secluded location ensures privacy. The estate features just three log cabins, each with its own unique advantages and amenities. The residential buildings are modern, spacious, and perfectly suited for both individual vacationers and larger families or groups. Accommodations: At the estate, you can choose from three log cabins: A 5-person cabin with a sauna on the lakeshore (1 bedroom, 50 m²). An 8-person log cabin with a hot tub (2 bedrooms, 80 m²). A 12-person log cabin with a hot tub (4 bedrooms, 100 m²). Activities and amenities: Steam sauna—a renovated smoke sauna with a unique aroma. Large outdoor hot tubs next to each cottage. Each cottage has its own dock for swimming and fishing. Gazebos with lighting and large grills (cast-iron pots, skewers, grill grates). A large sandy beach and swimming area suitable for children. Outdoor equipment: sandbox, swings, basketball hoop, volleyball court. Boats and a fish smokehouse. Wi-Fi throughout the entire property.
