This spacious farmstead, spread across one hectare, is located on the shore of Lake Čičiris. The grounds are beautifully maintained, allowing guests to enjoy a clean shoreline and three piers, perfect for relaxing or enjoying lake activities. Romantic evening lighting, illuminating both the cottages themselves and the entire estate, creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The estate offers two villas of different sizes, suitable for groups of various sizes. The two-story “Čičiiai” villa is designed for larger groups, accommodating 8 to 23 people, while the smaller “Ežiukas” cottage is an excellent choice for 1–8 guests. Both villas offer complete comfort and exceptional cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests. The farmstead offers a wide range of outdoor activities for both children and adults. There are soccer, volleyball, and basketball courts equipped with all the necessary balls, a mini-golf course with clubs and balls, as well as a disc golf course, a trampoline, table hockey, the “Golf Sticks” game, and a playground for children featuring Shrek’s cottage, swings, and a sandbox. A real treat for the little ones are the farm’s rabbits, which roam freely around the grounds. Guests are invited to feed them and interact with them, making this a great source of entertainment and recreation for children. Relaxing by the water here is even more fun—guests are provided with a variety of water equipment: three plastic rowboats, a pedal boat with comfortable seats, a canoe, and a wide selection of life jackets. These items allow guests to enjoy safe and fun activities on the lake. The farmstead hosts various events, birthday parties, and the “Nerealieji” children’s summer camps, which provide unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. In addition, meals are available upon request, and all household essentials—such as firewood, skewers, dishwasher tablets, clean linens, and towels—are provided free of charge. After an active day outdoors, guests can enjoy board games such as poker, “Pentago,” “Alias,” and children are provided with LEGO blocks and other toys, all of which help create a cozy and family-friendly vacation.
